URGENT FOSTER/FUREVER HOME NEEDED FOR LAIKA

Hi everyone, My name is Laika. I am between 2 and 4 years old; I weigh about 35 pounds. I am good with male dogs; I did not care too much about cats and I like everyone.
A little about where I came from. I was owned by someone in a bad part of Philly who threw me out because I am not a pure pitbull. I took residence in an abandoned house a few houses away from where I used to call home. I was always hungry, cold and my hair started to fall out. I was spotted cuddled up by a little girl near a trash can, she told her mom about me, They called the shelter and someone came to pick me up. The folks who found me decided that they could not leave me at the shelter so they contacted AFF rescue and took me home, Unfortunately I was in bad shape and ended up in the hospital. I had a bad case of mange, which is why my hair fell out; I had worms and I was extremely under weight; I also had kennel cough.
With some love and medicine, a warm place to sleep, healthy food frequently medicated baths each day, I have fully recovered.
CHECK OUT MY VIDEO, YOU CAN SEE HOW LOVING AND SWEET I AM! My rescuers say I am quite a ham because I do like the camera.
I am very sad though I have been in a cage for 8 months now and I can not stay here anymore!! I am a sweet little girl even after the neglect I have suffered. I will be happy to sit in your lap and cuddle with you but I am active and would like to run and play, I want to know what is it to run on green grass I only ever walked on lots of trash and glass.
I am a wiggly butt little girl who loves and craves attention. I am very free with my kisses too. I will need some help with my house manners since I was on the street and now in a cage for so long, But I am smart I learned to sit in a day, If you give me a chance you will not be disappointed.

WHO WE ARE:
Animal Friends Furever is a volunteer organization dedicated to matching humans with the right fur baby. AFF members are experienced in animal rescue. We are looking for other volunteers who have a passion for animals, experience not required.
FUR BABIES:
AFF's dogs are mostly owner surrenders. Generally, referral dogs are NOT evaluated by AFF. Information for these dogs comes directly from the owner. AFF DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER! Our dogs are still with their owner(s) or in foster care. Some of our fur babies are with other rescues groups or in shelters and post on our site as a courtesy. Of course, we also need your monetary donations to help these Furbabies.You can click the donate button at the top of the page to donate online, or send your donation to Po. Box 301 Warminster PA,18974. If your donation is for a certain furbaby please make a note of there name so the donation will go right to that furbaby.

AFF'S goal is to help owners who cannot keep their dogs find them a new and loving home. We assist the owners by posting a story and a picture on Petfinder. The AFF family is dedicated to matching dogs to humans. The AFF family makes all decisions. We also are a referal group we will refer people who can not keep there cats , rabbits , birds etc. to other groups who might be able to help them. My name is Zeus, I am a Male Shepherd, Black/Tan, I am neutered and current on shots. I am between 1 and 2 years old and am a very handsome boy. I came to the PSPCA with an embedded collar around my neck. i also was emaciated. i had surgery to remove the collar and i am doing much better, but i would love a furever home with a family who will care for me , and love me. if you cannot give me a permanent home, please consider fostering me so i can rest my head on a soft place and finally get out of the shelter.
