URGENT! FOSTER HOME NEEDED By Friday August 22,2008 . PLEASE HELP HITCHCOCK HE HAS NOWHERE TO GO AND IT WOULD JUST BREAK OUR HEARTS TO RELEASE HIM BACK OUTSIDE!!FOR THIS LOVELY BOY WHO SUFFERED SO MUCH IN HIS SHORT LIFE! PLEASE, IF YOU CANNOT ADOPT, CONSIDER FOSTERING THIS LOVELY BOY. HE IS SITTING IN A CAGE SCARED AND ALL ALONE!! JUST LOOK AT THOSE SAD SICK EYES. PLEASE OPEN YOUR HEART AND HOME TO HIM!!
Update on hitchcock time is running out we now have until saturday Septemeber 28,2008, or hitchcock will have nowhere to go. Hitchcock is healing well and is a sweetheart, PLEASE CONSIDER FOSTERING HIM HE HAS BEEN THROUGHT SO MUCH ALREADY , AND DOES NOT DERSERVE TO BE PUT BACK ON THE STREETS OR SENT TO A SHELTER WHERE HE WOULD HAVE NO CHANCE AT ALL!!
Hi. I'm Hitchcock. I've been on the streets for a long time, scared, lonely and hungry. I was so scared, I wouldn't let anyone near me until I finally let a kind lady pet me while I was eating some food. Next thing I know some kind women where taking me to the vet. I was so scared, but knew I would get some help. I've since calmed down; now I am just lonely. I've been neutered and am on antibiotics for an infection in my eye and for an upper respiratory infection. I'm very thin. I need you to help fatten me up.
I've been told that I'm 7 or 8 years old, but could possibly be younger. It is hard to tell since I am sick. I've tested negative for FIV/FeLV. I was given some medicine to kill any worms in my tummy and mites in my ears and will receive more in a couple of weeks.
I don't like being in this cage. Would you like to be the one to give me a nice, cozy home to recover in? I take my medicine well, even though I don't like it! I know I'd get well faster in a loving home! Even if you can't adopt me, maybe you could be my angel and foster me? URGENT DONATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS SWEET LITTLE GIRL!!
Hi everyone. AFF needs your urgent donations.
Meet Lacy ( formally De-Ja )This baby found her way to a porch where stray and feral cats are fed in an awful neighborhood. De-ja saw her and went out and got her and brought her inside. She was eating the cat food, on the porch.
Lacy who we think is about 4 or 5 months old, already has the signs of a rough neglected life. She has mange and the mange makes her itch hurt and smell, a little cough, worms flea’s and we are not sure what else. We desperately need your kind donations to get this sweet baby to a vet. Being a new rescue we have limited money “ all of our money has gone to cats found in the same southwest Philly neighborhood that needed help.“ This neighborhood is just awful. We can not find a vet to let us pay out which we understand, but this baby needs a vet urgently.
It also seems little kids must have abused her, when the 2 year old in the house goes near her she puts her head down wags her tail and crawls slowly to the little girl, once she sees she will not be hurt she is fine yet gentle with her, she likes cats wants to play with them. She is gentle for a puppy when she mouths you can not feel teeth at all, she loves to play ball and give kisses, she only wants to be with people and have attention, she is also a smart little girl in just 2 days she is almost crate trained.

Animal Friends Furever (AFF) is a volunteer organization of animal lovers experienced in animal rescue, which was established June 6, 2007. AFF is mainly a dog rescue but will help any animal in need if we can.
HOW AFF HELPS:
AFF'S goal is to help owners find new and loving homes for their pets when they can no longer keep them. We assist the owners by posting a story and a picture on Petfinder. In all cases, our priority is to match people with their special Furbaby. All decisions at AFF are made by the board of directors.
AFF'S FURBABIES:
AFF'S animals are mostly owner surrenders. Generally, these animals are NOT evaluated by AFF. Information for them comes directly from the owner. AFF DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER! Our animals are still with their owner(s) or in foster care. Some of our Furbabies are with other rescues groups or in shelters and posted on our site as a courtesy.
AFF'S MISSION:
To assist owners who can no longer care for their dogs by placing the animals in new homes and providing any needed medical treatment
To place abandoned, abused, and stray dogs in foster homes as quickly as possible, until a permanent home can be found
To rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, stray and abandoned animals
To educate the public about abuse and neglect of animals and the importance of spaying/neutering their pets
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
There are lots of ways to help. AFF is always looking for people who have a passion for animals to join our family. You can become an AFF volunteer, no experience required. Of course, we need your monetary donations to help our Furbabies. AFF depends on your kind donations to help animals. AFF is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, so all donations are tax deductible.

Meet Tiger,
This big, handsome, hunk of a man is looking for a new start. Tiger is really impressive looking and even sweeter than imaginable. Tiger is being boarded and really needs outta there! He is a big lovebug. Tiger is 5-6 years old and has lots of love to give. He is great with kids and other dogs too! Tiger knows commands and is very eager to please. If you think you're the one for this gentle giant, please contact us! Other dogs seem to be intimidated by Tiger, although he is very nice to them! He would be best to have his family all to himself. An approved application, home visit and adoption fee required.
